How are good development cultures established? My initial curiosity many years ago brought me back to antiquity to try to find answers to this. What I have found is for our time absolutely essential for knowledge and attitude, for a democratic and good future.
Our society need the basic knowledge of “why”, “how”, and “what”, to get the best out of individuals and societies. We are dependent on becoming even better at what we are good at, and avoid the traps.
It can now be read based on my philosophy education, ancient texts, and research from the best in the field.

The book explains in a historical context democracy and development, and so about thinking, science, and cooperation. The shortcomings in todays pedagogy are due to the fact that it does not rest on the ancient and scientific principles about the first principles, and the struggle and logic about this. This was in its essence about survival. You can read about this in the book, and contribute to the knowledge of how we can face the future. We are in fact half blind today.
Understanding the development thinking of the old masters and the history of thinking is a necessary tool for such a realization, for schools, businesses, politics and bureaucracy. To extract the potential in individuals and societies for development and improvement is the goal of a free society.

Parrhesia is democracy’s concept of communication for thinking and practice, knowledge-building and wise choices, a product of hundreds of years of development of thought and society, which culminated for a period of only about 50 years.
What made all their talents? How did they think about knowledge of development, freedom, leadership and duty, competition and honor? These are questions still as relevant today.
